Eligibility

  • Open to Haitian youth and adults aged 16–35
  • Must reside in the eligible county / commune for the program (currently: Sud-Est — La Vallée de Jacmel, Jacmel, Cayes-Jacmel, Marigot)
  • Must be a member of OFEALAV, or apply for membership as part of registration
  • No prior tourism experience required

Contest Phases

  1. Training program — 6 sessions, 24 hours total
  2. Program presentation event — awards delivery
  3. Project presentation 1 — first site presentation
  4. Project presentation 2 — development proposal
  5. Project presentation 3 (final) — delivery of awards and prizes

Candidates must commit to all 5 contest phases.

What to submit

  • Name and description of the eco-tourism site you wish to present
  • Photo ID (CIN or passport)
  • Passport-style photo

Entry Fee, Deadline & Awards
