OFEAD'HAÏTI is the national confederation coordinating local OFEA organizations to promote sustainable development, environmental protection, civic innovation, and youth entrepreneurship in every community across Haiti.
The Organization of Ecological Homes and Friends of Development of Haiti (OFEAD'HAÏTI) is a national confederation that brings together local OFEA organizations to foster sustainable development initiatives across the country. We serve as the central body for coordination, training, and strategic development — empowering communities from the commune level all the way to the national stage.
Local OFEA organizations are the operational pillars of community-based development. Each chapter is rooted in its district and communes — implementing national programs, mobilizing youth, and identifying local opportunities for ecological, civic, and economic growth.
OFEAD'HAÏTI organizes three structured national competitions every year to engage youth in sustainable development, civic governance, and entrepreneurship. Each program runs through five phases — from training to a national award ceremony.
Identify, document, and develop eco-tourism sites with strong local potential across Haiti.
Design innovative models of public administration to solve real governance challenges in Haiti.
Build a complete, structured, and launch-ready business model from a real business idea.
OFEAD’HAÏTI invites institutions, organizations, and private partners to support national development initiatives through strategic collaboration. Partners receive national visibility, brand association with development programs, participation in official events, and recognition across all communications.
OFEAD'HAÏTI operates through three core programs that connect local communities to national development opportunities.

If your community is ready to drive sustainable development, we invite local leaders, youth organizations, and civic groups to form an official OFEA chapter. Each local OFEA receives coordination support, access to national competition programs, and direct connection to institutional partners and sponsors.
“Having a national body behind us means our local OFEA has credibility when we approach municipal authorities and partners. OFEAD’HAÏTI opened doors we couldn’t open alone.”
“The civic innovation competition changed how our young people see governance. They don’t just complain about problems anymore — they design solutions.”
“OFEAD’HAÏTI gave our community a structured way to turn local eco-sites into real opportunities. The training program was practical, and the competition gave our youth a national stage.”
